Problems with Royal Mail

Over the past 12 weeks we have had a spate of orders going "missing" that have been packed and posted using a franked mail service and handed directly into the mail sorting office.

We believe that a person or persons who have access to the mail are deliberately tampering with our mail, as it appears to be one or two items out of every bag posted daily.

Unfortunately we can't prove that, which means we have had ongoing issues and from a customer/supporter perspective orders haven't been arriving at all or late.

We can only apologise for this problem, and are actively working on a mail service that provides us with the appropriate service. This may mean we are unable to post mail every day.

All in in all we are disappointed that we need to look at leaving the Royal Mail service, because it is a universal mail service which we support.
